The “Myaree Megaplex” as became known was unique in many ways , as it was originally a wool scouring site covering 4.5 hectares resulting in many environmental issues that needed to be addressed through the redevelopment of the site. More unique however was the approach taken to the overall presentation of the estate that was keenly supported by Council and the purchasing public.
