The case of “have your cake and eat it”, yes sir we said to the client. An existing operational service station was identified as having surplus land and being in one of Perth’s best locations it was an ideal opportunity to achieve a unique development. ADC’s personnel negotiated the approvals and managed the sales of the site with a total of 19 residential apartments and 14 commercial units.
